Things to know about shipping

Orders ship on a 53' refrigerated truck to a predertermined location with easy access to get in and out. This can be a residence, park or parking lot.
Our raw blends have never been frozen until it is tubed and flash frozen. It will arrive in this same manner.
Orders ship on a pallet; the pallet can be moved to the back of the truck where it can be offloaded using a forklift or skidster. If nethier is avaialbe boxes can be unloaded by hand and arranged by name to collect
All orders can be marked with specific names to make splitting, sorting and distributing the order really easy.

Things to know about ordering

Orders are typically run on demand to ensure peak freshness. Lead time to ship is typically 2-3 weeks with orders shipping the end of the week and delivered the start of the following week.
A pallet can be made of any blend in any size avaialbe on our site. It can also include our 15lb and 30lb raw blocks, prefect for those feeding large amounts daily. The pallet can also include freeze dry meals and treats.
A typical pallet of 2400lbs would take about 70 cu ft of freezer space or 3 large waist high deep freezers to store.
Pricing is based more on tube size than it is by the blend. Please reach out for custom pallet pricing.
