Returns and Refunds Policy
Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.
On a case by case basis we may elect to process a refund. Raw orders are shipping out on Mondays ONLY unless other accommodations have been made. Freeze dry ships out all weekdays. If shipment tracking shows that the package has not arrived to its destination by the end-of-day Friday it will hopefully be delivered Saturday. In the event that the raw package is not delivered until the following week please reach out to us if the order arrives over 40 degrees. DO NOT DISCARD IT, please call us first at 563-580-6299 or 563-580-2491.
Shipping Schedule
WE ONLY SHIP RAW ORDERS MONDAYS. Orders must be placed before 10am on Monday's (CST) in order to be shipped that Monday. Any raw orders received after 10am on Monday's (CST) will ship the following Monday. If feed is urgently needed, please call Customer Service (Morgan or Ashton) at 563.580.2491.
Freeze dry order will ship separate from raw withe its own unique tracking number. Freeze dry will ship all weekdays other than if a holiday lands on a weekday and will be great if the delivery spans the weekend.
Holiday Shipping Schedule, which includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day: If a holiday lands any time during the week, we will still ship that week. If the holiday is on a Monday, we will ship all raw orders Tuesday. If the holiday lands on Tuesday-Friday we will ship Monday using a carrier service to ensure delivery will be before the weekend.
