We start with our premium Raw Beef product as the foundation and then infuse it with an expertly crafted blend of liver, unwashed tripe, spleen, kidney and heart to create a nutritionally rich, well-rounded feast your pet will adore.

This blend is designed for dogs and cats alike. 

Legacy BLT Blend Breakdown: 78-79% raw beef, 10% unwashed fatty tripe, 5% liver, 5% spleen & kidney & 1-2% heart.

Protein Powerhouse: with 80% raw beef content, this blend has a robust source of high-quality protein that is vital for muscle development, overall vitality, and a healthy immune system.

Unwashed Fatty Tripe: The 10% unwashed fatty tripe introduces probiotics and enzymes to the dog for a balanced, healthy digestive system. It aids in nutrient absorption, improved digestion, and naturally reduces the risk of digestive discomfort. 

Liver: The addition of 5% of beef liver adds a natural nutrient-rich punch of vitamin A and B as well as essential minerals like iron to support a glossy coat, boosting energy and immune function. 

Heart/Spleen/Kidney: Adding 1-3% organ mix to this blend supports your pet's own heart health by naturally supplying them with a compound called Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10).

Every Dog is Different

While there are many dog owners that exclusively feed their dogs Midwest Legacy Beef products, we recognize that every dog's nutritional needs are different.

Midwest Legacy Beef can serve as the optimal base for more complex recipes. You can add blueberries, sweet potatoes, rice, or any other natural dog-safe ingredient you'd like.

Please consult with your veterinarian based on your dog's unique needs.

Packaging & Serving

Everything will be sent out frozen and tightly packed. Once you receive your order, simply freeze anything you don't plan on using immediately.

If any of your products arrive thawed or starting to defrost, this is perfectly fine and safe! You do not need to worry or panic. It is perfectly safe to thaw and re-freeze pet food.

When you are ready to feed your pup, simply pull the package out of the freezer 24 hours before, thaw, then serve!

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for all orders are $10.00 - $20.00 per case to most states depending on location.

Oregon and Washington, is $55.00 per case.

Shipping Schedule

We ship our fresh, frozen dog food on Mondays via the UPS.

Orders must be placed before 10am on Monday (CST) to be shipped that Monday.

Any orders received after 10am on Monday (CST) will ship the following Monday.

We take the guess work out of shipping for you by offering auto-delivery subscriptions. Just sign up once, and we'll deliver your order on the schedule you choose.

Holiday Shipping

If a holiday lands any time during the week, we will not be shipping that week. If a holiday lands on a Saturday, we will not be shipping the previous Monday. If a holiday lands on a Sunday, we will not be shipping the next day, Monday.

Holidays include: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day

Please note, this means we will be closed for two weeks for Christmas and New Year’s.
